I know how to turn it on and have eyes on you just press and hold the button I was just mentioning that he never said how (to turn eyes on) and theres some people with their first electronic marker that wouldn't know, although they'd most likely figure it out.

eyes will always be on. to turn them off hold your trigger when you turn your gun on.
