Wrong,resonant and batter heads do not have to be tuned exactly the same.Resonant heads are always supposed to be tuned slightly tighter then the batter heads.

LMFAO!...."uh....yeah its tuned....'cept for the resonant heads"...FAIL....the whole toms tuning depends on the batter and the resonant being exactly the same....the you can tweak them a bit to make em sound nice
