The way I see it is the first guy is Peter Pan, her youth. The second is her womanhood which is then disturbed by the third, a Pan like demon that represents bad times and the now crippling dimensia. She is then visited by the green girl, possibly a daughter visiting her mother in a hospital for the last time and hoping to get a glimmer of her former mum, to which the mum responds to. Then at the end she finds peace and is at rest.........great song too by the way :)
