This commercial is from circa summer of '98. Hence the World Cup/soccer theme. The guy in the video is character actor JP Manoux (sp). He played the principal from the Disney Chanel sitcom 'Phil of the Future'.

i rember that one i rember going to circuty city back in 1998 i belive it was somthing new at the time a sit to see i was amazed when they opened obe by me. kinna sad what they did to all the customers i guess things finnaly get caught up with them

It's an audio corruption issue that YouTube created recently. It affects new and old videos. I am not allowed to replace this video, unless I upload it as a new video. Sorry to those who are inconvenienced. Idiots who use profanity to complain without knowing the issues will have their comments removed and be placed on an ignore list. YouTube is a site for all ages and profanity has no place here.
