http://www.sociallypositive.com/blog/ A technique for helping with shyness & social anxiety free video. Don't worry - I did experience anxiety before making this video! (Especially because I haven't been on camera for a long time) If you wanted to watch the deleted scenes you would be very bored...long amounts of time of me thinking what to say, adjusting my voice etc! But I remembered many things I had learnt (about Social anxiety) & adjusted & then could do the video without anxiety & was happy with it in the end.

  • So beautiful, so sweet, so sexy, let it go....

  • @121Guns hehehe is this an r&b song you're singing?

  • Just remember you do not have to be PERFECT.. It is true, very attractive people do tend to feel more anxious, as they feel they are being watched constantly... Sometimes it might feel like you can't just have a OFF day, or feel grumpy, or not worry..

Never try to be perfect, as you ALREADY are.. don't mix yourself up with your IMAGE, always remember your naturally beautiful!!......even on shitty days :) there are many of other reasons however..

But it seems you have mastered anxiety! :)

  • Hey =) I have changed my interpretation of people looking/staring at you. Now I think, It is simply human nature to look at & stare at people, & don't judge others, & it's none of my business what others do. Sometimes I look at or stare at people too, I think for me it's because I admire their fashion or think they are cool, or cause I'm curious about the all different types of people. I just have to accept it is human nature to look & stare & theres better things to do than worry about it :)

  • @NoSocialAnxiety Thank you very much. it really helped. I have gone to many psychiatrists, psychologists and doctors but that was really amazing.

    Step 2: Start video

Step 3: Speak choppy and soft

Step 4: Post video and let viewers modulate distracting background noise on their own.
