Daemus Claudius is a Roman soldier that for many centuries has believed there is no God. Living by the sword as all Immortals do; he is now on a rampage of death and destruction. Banding together with another ruthless Immortal he marched across Europe taking heads and abandoning all the rules.
Now their quest has brought them to the United States and the bustling city of Atlanta. Where Daemus will have his long-awaited confrontation with a man he once called friend: Matthew MacLeod, the Highlander.
With the Watchers in a panic, it seems no one can stop him. Anything goes in this fight for survival where not even Holy Ground is safe!
