Very good. Very good. However...something I would try to do is slow down a little bit and take your time. Not trying to cut you up. Very good. Also... it was the last nocturne he wrote, I believe. Or at least, that's what Ive heard. I could be wrong. And one more tip...at the end try and draw it out. Think of it as his last words, and make them sing. Once again, not trying to cut you up. You did excellent. Never stop making music. :)

You're REALLY good, Rebecca. As you grow up and revisit the piece some times, just please DO NOT forget to add you growing mature sentiment to the playing of this piece. Chopin wrote it circa the last few years of his life, he must have give his heart to the piece, please don't let him down. More emotion, more fantasy.
