  • I definetely got insomnia!!!!!!! But I dont know how to improve on my sleep pattern. I sleep 6am to 7 am in he morning every day playing on my laptop or watch tv and I end up waking up 3 -4 pm. I hate this sleeping pattern. I have out of work for 6 years now, and its making it difficult to improve my chances of health, and work. I have tried going in bed at normal times like my family do at 10 or 11pm, but i just roll around and cant get to sleep, until its 6 or 7 am! Pls give advise or help!
