@Kynokeh The most ignorant comment that I have ever read on youtube. Sick of hearing people with no heart like you bitch about how it's all genetics and drugs, just because you don't have what it takes to put in the hard yards. People who also try and categorize each aspect of bodybuilding into percentages of importance make me laugh. Do absolutely everything down to the last detail perfectly, training, nutrition, rest, visualisation. You can achieve a physique you never dreamed of.

When you're off season like he is, the chest has fat around it which makes it look smaller. If he was dieting down for a show and ultra lean the fat would be gone and the chest would be protruding just as much but the surrounding areas would be deeper due to the fat being gone, therefore making his chest appear bigger.

@bigcombobreaker this video is old his chest is actually so much better now..

Not good aestetics, Chest to little.

@Kynokeh Makes sense. Normally i'd attribute more to diet but i guess when drugs are involved its not as important. do you still build?
-
@bigcombobreaker ur fckng right, big arms for small chest :s

@reidspencer as a bodybuilder (no, not natural) with many years of experience i can tell you that it's closer to 60% genetics, 30% drugs, 5% diet, 5% training. people like evan are able to get this big through incredible god-given genetics and enormous steroid cycles. as long as you can hit your cal intake for the day, diet doesn't matter until pre-contest weeks.
you may think that steroids aren't a wonder drug for muscle building, but you'd be very wrong. no hate, i'm in the game myself.
