This Park Hyatt Masters of Food & Wine event hosted by Park Hyatt Milan takes you on a journey through "Caviar & Bubbles in Franciacorta" as the hotel visits the Calvisius in Calvisano (Brescia) farmers of white sturgeon and the only producer of Italian caviar. Afterwards, they visit the wine cellar Cà del Bosco di Erbusco (Brescia), known for the production of sparkling wine. At the farm, Chef Andrea Aprea and guests prepared a lunch with caviar and local products. The next day the hotel hosted brunch in the Cupola Lobby Lounge in honor of the theme 'Caviar and Italian bubbles in the hills of Franciacorta'.
