It depends on your server, there is different times in different locations. If your on the right server it should be day time.

next to the minimap (default top right of your screen) there should be a button with the warhammer icon and you click that and the rest is up to you

3. lvl 37 guild mounts are 60%faster
4. when you lvl you can buy new skils at a trainer.

A one more question....how and when you ender pvp?I mean you ender from a tab?If yes which is its hot key and the first pvp becomes available from lvl 1?

You can enter PvP from lvl 1.

Some mounts you can only buy if your in a guild.

And one last question...you lvl up from pvp as i heard?if yes you lvl up quickly...?you can make money from pvp?
that's my questions please answer me cause i really want to play wow but it is so difficult after playing wow 2,5 years to start from the beginning and i have noone to help me :)

Personally I find lvling by PvP/RvR the most fun way. You can lvl fast if you do PvP quests and do Scenarios.
oRvR is good for Renown Points.
Enemy players drop money and gear.
All the gear I have I got from killing enemy players and keep lords.
