Mrs K (http://www.cookwithk.co.uk) shows a quick and simple way to make delicious fried noodles, Indonesian style. In real time, the cooking took about 11 minutes. Any kind of pre-boiled noodles can be used, including the 'straight-to-wok' type.

The ingredients are:

Carrots
Fresh greens
Mushrooms
Beansprouts
Spanish onion
Dark soy sauce
Sweet soy sauce (kecap manis)
Tomato ketchup

The spice mixture is:

1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
1 large vegetable stock cube (crumbled)

To start, fry half the onion and 2 chopped garlic cloves until soft, then add the chicken and follow the video.

The video was shot in 1080p (but uploaded at 720p) with a Panasonic HM-TA1 camcorder - the graininess is due to me stupidly using the digital zoom to get close
