My Upstairs Neighbors

My upstairs neighbors are Very Loud. They have two little girls who run and scream through the apartment quite often. I expect small children to make some noise and to play, but I also expect their parents to tell them to not run in the house, and perhaps to stop screaming.

These neighbors also have screaming matches in the middle of the night, sit on the back stairs smoking and talking on the phone so that both the smoke and conversation drift into my window, and leave their laundry in the machines for hours at a time.

Sounds like the kids that live across from me. Very sad its the managers children, the same manager who basically tells us in news letters all the time to control your children. Lucky I only have to hear them stomping up the stairs and in the hall for around an hour a day when I am off work.

This sounds exactly like the upstairs neighbors I used to have about a year ago! Only I had to listen to that shit 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! It never stopped, these assholes literally never slept, not even kidding! I was ready to either lose my mind or go up there and kill them all! Thank God I was able to move into a quieter place! I have no neighbors and it's been heavenly!
