The choral work is very good. Tempo-just right ! Not too fast and not too slow. Tempo is crucially important in performing Handel. Many European groups make a regular "hash" of Handel with an "allegrissimo" appraoach that is totally irreconcilable with Handel's compositions. I might have wished for more of an orchestra-you know,the standard Baroque strings,etc. But,the pianist provides an excellent accompaniment,to the limits of that instrument.
