    If you understood American football, you would know that she is a Chicago Bears fan and she received the jersey of their #1 rival, the Green Bay Packers.

    Search YouTube for "Kimmel Packers Bears Jersey" and you will see the whole 1 minute clip. It may help to make more sense for you.
