From Klaus Nomi's unfinished opera, "Za Bakdaz": the opera's Overture and first song, Cre Spoda,off the postumously released album ZA BAKDAZ. set to images from the East Germany DEFA-Studios film "Der schweigende Stern" ("The Silent Star" aka in the US: "First Spaceship on Venus" 1960).

The first time I heard atrack of one of his records it was a man singing and without noticing it turned into a beautifull high soprano , if you didn't know you'd swear it was a woman. Later I saw him perform, and was completly freaking out and kicking;opera and pop/rock , my dream since I saw Nina Hagen doing Carmen and pieces of Bertold Brecht. that's renewing and refreshing for the whole rockscene( e.g. so much guitarsolos are based on Bach)
