@Xgloomshadow i loved that book. I read it about 25 times front and back studying everything in it. I got knida consumed by it, but it was good for me in the end by teaching me nutrition and exercise habbits that help me to this day.

you should check out "The Art of Expressing the Human Body" a book which shows Bruce Lee's exercising routines from each time period of his life, how many reps he did, and how to do them properly, or how he did them.
