  • why do you you all keep saying he stole this video? he asked p4p to make a level 4 and they haven't and so he asked to use their videos to help us out.. im tired of seeing comments like "you stole this video you loser" grow up its to help you out.

  • i started doing the exercise in the begining of January went up to 50x per exercise i did it without the video just alone and it gave me some burn but now that i did it with the video it was more like a cardio than an ab workout! so now im trying 60x well see wht happens

  • @TheMtiula if you dont realise you should first do some brain jogging or somethign liek that

  • If you want abs, get on a bike, get on an elliptical. Crunches are only a supplement to cardio. Get your blood pumping oxygen and hormones efficiently if you want any kind of change to your body. If you're doing 45 min of cardio 3-4 days a week, these videos will work like magic. Let me clarify that I don't have abs.

  • i do 3 times a week after workout , i dont know is thet too much maybe one time a week will be enought ???

  • The difference with lv 3 and lv 4 is that there's no break and longer time of excersise in lv 4

  • whats diference with level 2 end level 3-4? there are same workouts :|

  • explosive u mean abs lik men ya no sportpeople who workout a lot? no i dont want 6 pack then!!! its horible ugly no i jsut wan one ab on da right and one on da left its sexy but dis will work for wot i want? if i understand right people who got fat in their belliez kant do abs but people who eat very lil fat like me i only eat 2 tablespoon of oil / day can i do dis ?
