A cluster of perverse characters created from actual language I found on labels and promotional copy from the processed and creepy products of our consumer world.
From my solo show, Please Everything Burst, performed at PS122 in nyc, 2000.
No prob. Honestly, my first comment did sound extremely anti-gay looking back now.

im sorry for over reacting.
i dont find homosexuality as negative at all.
there are just a lot of people who bash gays on youtube, and i misunderstood your comment, thinking you were bashing him bc he was gay.
again sorry.

Maybe think a little before calling some anonymous commentor ignorant, and not only pissing him off, but detracting from the comment thread with off-topic, self-righteous bullshit.
Sorry i had to post three times, just needed to make a point.

So actually yes, the phrase "homo humor" apart from being funnier in itself than Mike Albo's entire act, is not only politically correct, but not insulting in the least, unless you think that being homosexual is a negative thing, maybe?
By the way, enabling comments on a video entitles the viewer to post his/her opinion or discuss the vid, which I did.So, i'm just letting Mr. Albo know that i am of the opinion that he's a terrible comedian.

I'm sorry that you think I'm ignorant. Maybe when you get out and into the real world, you will meet a few actual homosexuals and realize that the overwhelming majority of them, just like every other minority, do indeed have a unique subculture. A unique way of speaking, acting, dressing and unique beliefs and ideals. This includes what is found funny, which, i apologize, is different than what I find funny most of the time.

hes not even making any jokes about homosexuality so i dont think it classifies as "homo humor". he just has a unique sense of humor, it has nothing to do with him being gay.
why does everyone have to label everything.
comedy is comedy.
i dont understnad his sense of humor either, but im not going to insult it.
and definitely not insult gay comics as a whole by defining their acts as your so called "homo humor".
people can be so ignorant.

This makes me want to kill myself. But for some reason it makes me want to laugh while killing myself. Good job. But not really unique. Just some seemingly random jumps with a lot of alliteration. Like Robin Williams but with less hair. I think the manic desperation, or insistant intensity, sells it. Once the nails-on-a-chalkboard knee-jerk annoyance reaction has subsided.

I think it doesn't make sense to most of us because it's out of context. Why is he imitating random things???
