  • Thank you for posting! A study from a university in Hong Kong just published their finding that practicing Baduanjin for 12 weeks, 3 times a week helps reduce the stress. It has a comparable effect as the anti-depression drugs. I am going to practice this every day for staying healthy physically and mentally. :)
