Got to disagree with you, Greg. I think the stance in front is fine. He could have a bit wider stance, which would create more edge friction, and I can't really see how the snowboarder is belaying in back, otherwise, I think they're doing fine.

The toboggan driver's stance is all wrong - he is collecting too much snow, should do more of a falling leaf style... The Snowboarder on the brake rope is not doing his job too well - should be holding more weight so the driver doesn't have to "burn" his legs like he is doing.
