I CAN'T TURN IT OFF! I HAVE DONE EVERYTHING I COULD DO AND IT STAYS, I'VE DELETED COOKIES, BROWSERS, WENT TO THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE, CREATED A NEW ACCOUNT! GAH! I CAN'T WATCH HALF OF MY SUBCRIPTIONS!

my youtube safety mode is stuck on - even if i try and switch it off, it stays on, even if i delete cookies etc first.
i can not even disable it temporarily
