Many people, unfortunately, put a song over the video. That always pisses me off. I want to see a GTA IV video, that includes the game sound. :-)

There's a crane anywhere in the middle of the city. From up there you can shoot the helis and the cops on the ground and they can't do anything. I wish I could remember where that crane was. I did some missions for a guy in a building next to the crane.
