I like them too.
I make a beer batter and fry them in shitloads of bubbling butter and give a blast of lemon as they are going down.
The smaller ones I use as bait for Northern Pike.
It is against the law introducing species not indigenious to the water here in case one or two lives and mates but a meal is meal..so what if they fuck our ecosystem.
My phallus is twitching..must be time to feed the big bastard..he gets hungry at the mention of fish..or things which smell like fish.
