hey firstly you do realize it's probably a better idea to put butter in first let it melt and then put brown sugar.
Otherwise your brown sugar will 2 things - 1) it will burn sugar changing the flavor, 2) when you add the milk the extreme change in temperature will cause it to solidify.
none the less I'm sure your desert is as delicious as it looks.
