Hockey Greats Fantasy Camp

The Hockey Greats Fantasy Camp was held in West Kelowna last week. After registering for the Fantasy Camp, registrants mingled with NHL players. On day two, hockey drills and a scrimmage took place then a shotgun golf game at Quails Run. Day three added a cruise on Okanagan Lake after the drills and scrimmage. A player "Hot Stove" was held where people could ask any question they like to get to know the players better. Day four was game day at the Royal Lepage Place in West Kelowna. The players signed autographs for fans of all ages then played for the CUP. The event wound up at the Cove Resort.

Willis eTech Ltd. volunteered as a photographer/videograher and really enjoyed getting to know the players and event organizer Bob Bourne. Those who remember Bob would know that he played with the New York Islanders during their four Stanley Cup wins.
