Great video. But I would add a tip about the importance of not talking while you're doing this, to avoid contamination.

I'm going to be streaking MacConkey agar, and that type of agar is very soft! Any tips as of how not to dig....other that not being heavy handed?

i was gonna ask that too. maybe its because the Z method has more connections between the bacterial colonies. not sure though. :)
