What's the point of the Phoneix and Dragon mirrors?
What's the Chi-You monster? It's origins? What does Lan-Di want to awaken it?
How will Ryo find Lan Di?
Will Ryo use the power of the Chi-You to his advantage (assuming the Chi-You can even be used by anyone)?
How will Ryo be prepared to fight against Lan-Di when it's obvious he can't defend himself against him?
Where the fuck is Shenmue III?

@stillarium So essentially Shenmue 2 would've been unnecessary, you could just wait for the bad ending and Lan Di would get so impatient he'd come back to your house in Japan anyway, lol

Chi You is also termed as a legendary chinese monster that will devour this world of ours. In this case this is why Lan Di naming his mafia the "Chiyou-men", as in men with with a terrible power and in changing the destiny of Shen Hua and taking the power for his own will and purpose it would grant him the source to unleash the beast in favour of him above all others chosen.

@Cronus600Gaia Sword handgaurd from oishi-sans antique shop. The other item you need is the key that is in your fathers room. Both these items will help you get into the hazuki dojo basement.

When and under what circumstances does this bad ending occur?
It's kinda funny, because it's so random... Lan Di pops up from nowhere. o_O

You have till the last day of July to complete the game. After this date you will get this bad ending.
