An absolute New Orleans classic. I get very few opportunities to post one of the all time classics since so many have beat me to the punch.

  • SAW DANNY PERFORM MANY TIMES AT THE WALNUT ROOM NO LAKEFRONT AIRPORT AND BOURBON ST JAM SESSIONS REAL GREAT.

  • @hotrod3able OK I remember the Walnut Room but now I think The Walnut Room was where I thought the Safari Room was. Were there 2 night clubs that far east on the lake or is the "Safari Room" something from my imagination????

  • I'm a Charity Hospital baby like K-Doe always said. I loved this record. My cousins came to visit from California in the '60s. We were all teens. They were all pretty girls. I played that 45 record for them and they loved it so much they asked me to give it to them. They never heard that record in California. I gave them the record. I always said that New Orleans music was not marketed properly by people in control. Many of our musicians died in poverty because of that.
