nah, its probably miku's voice factor used. it was probably a light voiced one, like "sweet."

I love how people keep saying they sound out of tune. I'm a musician and, rest assured, these two are not out of tune. That's...just how they sound...X3 (I'm...trying not to laugh.) They don't sound horrible, and they aren't out of tune. In the hands of a more amateur user, they only sound that way because they don't have the best voice quality to begin with (sad but true). This was probably made with minimal tuning (I say minimal because there is some; they don't sound robotic).
