ROMANTIC VIOLIN PIECES by ALBERTO LYSY & LORENA TECU (DINEMEC CLASSICS 1999)
This is an album of great, yet often overlooked, Latin-American pieces for violin and piano. Amongst these are some world premiere recordings, most notably 6 songs by Spanish composer Manuel de Falla. The delicate sinuous melodies of Lysys violin found in these songs are balanced by the sharply defined structures of the piano accompaniment, masterfully played by Lorena Tecu.

Recorded using 24-bit high resolution technology, these incredible interpretations of these rarely recorded compositions are perfectly immortalized on this album sure to please any classical audiophile.

Buenos Aires.
