GUARIGLIA DIGITAL IMAGING (8 years experience)

WEEK-TV (NBC Affiliate) WHOI (ABC Affiliate) WAOE - WBQD (22 yrs experience)
BROADCAST ENGINEER - Assignments included technical director of newscasts, audio control, master control, tape operations, camera operations and lighting engineer. Have been involved with production and live on-air operations on a continual basis. Work also involved monitoring transmitter, coordinating satellite and microwave links, filing information, and programming events into computer controlled systems to expedite operations of television stations WEEK, UPN, WBQD and WHOI. These stations had been centralized within the existing WEEK facility.

CATERPILLAR TRACTOR COMPANY (8 years experience)
FINAL INSPECTOR - INSTRUMENT TECHNICIAN R&D - First two years with the company involved inspection of machined products for quality control. Remaining years at the proving grounds involved the application of strain gages to determine stress levels in aluminum and steel components. Calibrated and installed transducers to measure pressures, linear and rotary speeds, temperatures, displacements, acceleration and other variable phenomena for engineering research. Prepared hard wired and telemetry systems for data acquisition. In Caterpillar's struggle for a government contract along with Martin Marietta on a prototype mobile hard missile launcher (HML) for example, I was chosen first to do gaging for structural testing. Caterpillar photographically documented my work for reference by the USAF. Caterpillar sent me to Phoenix, Arizona, quite often to do work on many large prototype machines for them.

OUTSIDE INTERESTS
• Certified as a Wellness Coach through the National Exercise and Sports Trainers (NESTA) assn.
• Provide radiation detection surveys for homes and businesses considering most variables impacting health and performance.
• Acquired a walk-on roll in the ABC mini-series "Final Witness" as a doctor to air in 2012.
• Self-publishing my own book related to health and achievement. Presentations and book signings generate book purchases by 30% + of attendees.
