More levee breaches along the swollen Mississippi River. The National Weather Service says the river will crest at near record levels today in towns just north of Saint Louis. But, this is actually good news for towns farther south. All the levee breaches up north are relieving pressure on those levees. Former White House spokesman Scott McClellan will be on Capitol Hill today ... Testifying to a house panel about his tell-all book. In it, McClellan is highly critical of the Bush administration -- especially Vice President Cheney and his role in the outing of former C-I-A operative Valerie Plame. Fundraising reports for presidential hopefuls Barack Obama and John McCain are set to be released today. Thursday, Obama announced he will not accept public money for his campaign. His opponent, John McCain, says Obama committed to accepting public financing and should stick to his word. And school officials in Massachusetts are investigating a so-called pregnancy pact. 17 girls at Gloucester High School are reportedly pregnant.
