"Merry Christmas and a Happy New Years" To All"

He was born under a bright star
Twas' a cold Wintery White
Mommy and Daddy found the stable
Set it up and strung the lights

Shepherds on the hillside
Gathered all around'
Laid 'baby' Jesus in a manger
Kings bowed low to the ground

(They sang) Hark, The Herald Angel's Sing', Glory to the newborn King

It's a small town Country Christmas
He was born to save us
Sleigh bells ringin', Carolers singin'
At Andy's General store, you can find most anything
Where glory to the newborn King
still means everything

Folks stop to look at a manger scene
In this small Nebraska town
Salvation Army bells rings in the distance
Mamma decorates listenin' to the sounds

Shepherds on the hillside
Bow their heads and sigh
Stars r' shinin', tree's r' blinkin'
Mamma and Daddy sing a Christmas lullaby

(they sang) Hark, The Herald Angel's Sing', Glory to the newborn King

It's a small town Country Christmas
He was born to save us
Hot chocolate and Millie's fruit cakes
Cookies and pies that grandma baked
Just passed that old sign "Jesus Saves"
Man, it's Christmas Day
Bridge
Love to hear those kids all laughin
When their walking down Ole' Rock Creek Road
When it's time to break for Christmas vacation
Dressed like Eskimo's
They come and go, like a herd of buffalo

It's a small town Country Christmas
He was born to save us
Sammy made a snow man in town again
Billy drawin' presents on the windowpane
Havin' fun doing most anything
Still means everything

It's a small town Country Christmas
Jesus was born to save us
Huntin' pheasants n' makin' dressin'
Children guessin' what's in their presents
Life's greatest blessin's
In a small Town Country Christmas
Hark, the Herald Angel's sing, glory to the newborn King

  • Galatians 4:4-5 "But when the fulness of the time was come, God sent forth his Son, made of a woman, made under the law, To redeem them that were under the law, that we might receive the adoption of sons."

  • Faithful is the saying, and worthy of all acceptation, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners; of whom I am chief:

Yet for this reason I found mercy, so that in me as the foremost, Jesus Christ might demonstrate His perfect patience as an example for those who would believe in Him for eternal life.

Now unto the King eternal, immortal, invisible, the only wise God, be honour and glory for ever and ever. Amen. 1Timothy1:15-17

Love & Thanks to You, Marc!
