  • Bobby just hit 107 mph with the Washington Bayhawks present

  • FYI after filming this video, Bobby hit 101 MPH on the radar gun. The design of this warmup is to help promote lengthening of the muscle tissue needed for shooting overhead, and preventing injuries.  Kids drop their elbows because they lack flexibility over the head.
