I just pick it up with toes..but i usualy just stack one towel on other so its multi layered

You might hurt your back if you lift it with one :P I was taking the piss out of OSH or New Zealands "Occupational Safety and Health" origination

lol... Great instructional video there mr. Newman. I don't presently have issues lifting towels with one hand... two however might be a problem.
