These are family members of the late gyil master Kakraba Lobi. They are Birifor people from Tuna in the Northern Region of Ghana. This was filmed at their kiosk at the Arts Council on High Street Accra, Ghana where they make and sell these xylophones.

I have been practising a lot senoufo balafon, but every time I watch videoclips of ghanaian gyil music, I wish I would also have gyil. This music inspires me a lot.
