Yes, this is one of the early 4-minute cylinders, as it was originally released as Amberol No. 61.

That's wax Amberol No. 4M-61 to be exact. Edison used wax Amberol masters to press Blue Amberol cylinders from 1912 to 1914. After 1914, Edison decided to cut cost by dubbing Blue Amberol cylinders from Diamond Discs. The Blue Amberols essentially became recordings of recordings and the quality was not always that great.
