  • Thanks fro posting. May I ask what your "stock" top speed was? I'm looking at getting a new Zuma 125 for commuting to work/ errands running. I used to have a Daelim S2-125, that ran like a top. Has the Zuma been reliable?

  • @LarryRickenbacker

My stock speed was around 55/60 during the break in. It would do a solid 60mph after the break in with no problem. I have 13k miles on it now and have had no issues. Even now after installing a BTX air intake, Yoshi exhaust, stretch kit, Malossi vari/clutch. It's my daily ride and my only ride.

  • whats top speed for you

  • I get up to about 60-65mph depending on weather/road conditions.

That's not true at all. You can plug and play an intake and exhaust on this because it has EFI which comps for the change. 13k miles on this ride now with no problems. So, you obviously don't know what you're talking about sucka.

  • there is nothing wrong with his air filter and you have to go full throttle on a scooter if you don't want to get killed by traffic... only problem with changing to an aftermarket airfilter is it may need air fuel mix adjusted.

    jackass

  • @a0987312245 I know you didn't work with the designers of this scooter in taiwan because it wasn't designed it tawain which is what you said.

  • @a0987312245 what makes you think he didn't tune it? also nobody believes you worked with a bunch of tawainese people designing the engine.. especially since its really likely that most of the actual design work is done by either yamaha in japan or piaggio in italy or france.
