It's Our Time PSA

"It's Our Time". This is the theme of our awareness and education message for September -- Prostate Cancer Awareness month. From the prostate cancer survivor's point of view, it's their time have access to the resources that will enhance their quality of life. From the physician's point of view, it's their time to ensure that as of age 40, all men have a baseline PSA test. From the researcher's point of view, it's their time to share knowledge and resources that will lead to personalized medicine and the right treatment to the right patient at the right time. It is the goal of Prostate Cancer Canada to increase awareness of prostate cancer, the most common cancer to afflict Canadian men. We hope that providing this education, men will become more open about their health and take charge of it.
