Good Warm-Up! I love this warm up. I hate it when people try to do too much choreography with their warm up. Warm is is supposed to be just like this. iImple and easy, not all fancy and crazy. Excellent example =)

This is a great warm-up. I'm sick and tired of people thinking that zumba is synonimous of shaking the a**. Zumba is exercise. Get it once and for all.

Yep...i do warmups the same way. Its a zumba warmup. ;)

@Saaarynka Warm-ups are basic and easy...nothing too fancy as far as various rythyms. The main point behind a warm-up is to increase your muscles' temperature so that they are ready to work it! :)
