  • i think joel's voice is cool. dig?

  • i just saw joel w/ BJM in Seattle. Great show. Matt Hollywood was there too, and no fights! I look forward to seeing the Dilettantes live. Maybe I'll plan a SF trip.

  • Anton should have let Joel sing lead on some tunes for the BJM.

  • This song scares me a little.... O_o

    They need Anton's help.

  • Joel is like funny badass :D

  • @l0k372 by third, do you mean fifth ?

  • Joe if you want ....... I will.

we met in Dublin....Yea yu rember now.

  • Considering it's more upbeat than most BJM, it still seems more boring

  • I really hate to say this, because I really appreciate Joel and what he does...

The band rocks in good Stones/MC5/Stooges tradition, and had me right away.

But Joel simply doesn't have the voice it takes to pull it off completely. The timbre is too thin, and his delivery is a little too off... I like the record, and I still like Joel, but I can't see myself playing this for pleasure too often. Gotta wish him good luck, though.

  • lol this has a dead milkmen sound to it :P

  • @crewsvideo i dont get it

  • Concerning his voice, I think he's going for a cross with Mick Jagger and Lou Reed. It works.
