I had the pleasure of seeing Bela Fleck & the Flecktones twice in the early-mid nineties. They put on such a great, captivating, entertaining show. They have a great sense of humor. You haven't seen anything until u see Futureman's drumitar up close. It's crazy. It's gotten more "high=tech." Back then it was gnarly looking and gnarly sounding. One of the times I saw Dave Matthews Band, they brought out Bela to play on about five songs. That was about 1998. Super-original band.
