A daito is a standard length katana, is most certainly is NOT that large. A sword that large would be classified a No/Odachi (Ambiguous terms, these days, Odachi would fit best, as it is over 65 inches. Rule of thumb among some collectors/martial artists...).
Standard Daito is 41 inches, and it translates to "Long sword", as does most other swords of that length. That sword would absolutely be an Odachi (Great sword, and for good reason.)
@Kalibancp Obviously. Myth Busters prefers swords that are way over priced and not all that.
