I have been watching and hearing about Tony Horton's P90X program infomercials for a while now. So I decide to give it a try, WHO! Have I been impressed. The muscle confusion thing really works. There is not one day that goes by that I do not feel a new muscle screaming for mercy.

I know the ripped six-pack, washboard abs will come, as long as I exercise, eat right, and get enough sleep.

I Also like the BeachBody website. It provides so much great information, guidance, trainer tips, and a great community of other folks doing the same thing, I am doing.

@nighthawk9421 I have been onto health and nutrition now for over 10 years. I used the P90X program to try something different. I really believe in the program and yes I have maintained fit since doing the P90X program. I still do a variation of it at the gym.
