An innovative horseracing iPhone application featuring a wealth of content from Hollywood Park is now available. The App is called iGoRacing and can be downloaded for free right from your iPhone on the App Store.

Among the information at one's fingertips are up to the minute racing news, workouts, condition books, overnights, plus program changes, scratches and simulcast menu offerings.

Special events, concert information and upcoming promotions can also be tracked at the Home of Champions via a real time calendar built into the application. There is even an event planner to help plan your group event and forward the information instantly to group sales.

A handicapping tab features live tweets with pre-race paddock observations from Tom Quigley of HorsePlayer Magazine as well as selections from experts Brad Free and Mike Superstein. Users have easy access of streaming video replay footage of stakes and other featured races on Hollywood Park's YouTube channel.

Racing fans that download the App can win one of the 100 rare Zenyatta bobbleheads which will be given away in a drawing. To enter, download iGoRacing and then provide feedback on a favorite feature by email to iphone@hollywoodpark.com by end of day August 15th.

Phase II development of iGoRacing is well underway and will greatly enhance the existing App by featuring live streaming video of the Hollywood Park Fall Meet that begins the first week of November.
