- Widen your stance a little bit, good hand positioning
- On step 1, make sure you are transitioning from lining up with the ball in the middle of your head to it being the the very bottom of your throat when you're fully clamped.
- On step 2, make it more decisive. Slam your shaft up and pinch that ball real hard...one swift movement
- Good step 3, good pop, good step
