The third track of Sgt Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band released in the U.S. in June 1967, the "Summer of Love", the Summer that made the Haight-Ashbury district in San Francisco very famous. Alan Ginsberg, Ken Kesey, and Jack Kerouack were doing their thing. Timothy Leary was doing his thing, and The Beatles made their best acclaimed album, capturing the spirit of the times in music.
Probably my favorite Beatles album. The psychedelic background is fitting for the period as are the chosen fonts. Reminiscent of excellent hallucinations and really takes you back.
