@ResistTheDominion Sad but true...

Fact is. If a Bugatti, Ferrari, Lambo was too expensive, nobody would buy one, they go bankrupt, problem solved.
Anyhow.. I have no experience selling these things. I just worked in a company back when there was still money in that business and we happened to have some success which made several people buy Lamborghinis, Lotuses and Ferraris. No Porsches because at the time, we saw Porsches as being soul-less and bland german sportscars for people that dont really care for sportscars.

Clearly most people never have to worry about buying a F1 or a Bugatti.
Personally I find it hillarious how especially frantically flagwaving bewildered americans get so provoked over the price of Euro supercars. To them hp and burnouts is the only performance that means anything and since you can do those in a tuned Mustang, a Ferrari has always been seen as a waste of money. But then. Harley is their idea of a motorcycle. Patriotism on wheels with saddlebags.

@Janusha not saying you are one of them because your not just a childish troll your actually engaging in a logical debate, but im tired of reading comments from these kids that think they're cool when they say MCLAREN F1 ALL THE WAYY WHOOOOT, FUCK THE VEYRON, I WOULD TAKE THE MCLAREN ANY DAY. Because like i said, it doesnt matter what those people would rather have, they are never going to have one
-
@Janusha this is true but you having experience selling higher end production cars, you can agree that most super cars that are sold in actually profitable amounts are cars like Gallardo's, 911,s F430's, and the odd Murcielago. The most expensive one of these is probably $200,000. But my main point is that the cars in this vid are so rarified that it doesnt matter if you can afford one or not, you cant just get one. I just dont like it when 10 year olds say id take one over they other

Clearly the vast majority of frantically net spamming teens will never get anywhere near these things. However thousands are sold every year. Porsche forexample sell 120 000 cars a year. SOMEONE actually buys these things and the interest in these cars come from exactly the buzz and media attention they get. My company back in the day forexample owned Lambos, Ferraris, Lotuses and jap racers.
why is everyone saying shit like, oh id take the saleen s7 over a shitty veyron, or the ferrari over anything or the mclaren.... nobody commenting on this video will ever own any of these cars anyway so who cares?

@thesantiso Dude, Ettore Bugatti was Italian, but he had moved to France way before he started building Bugatti cars. In fact, every Bugatti race car was painted in blue, which was at the time by convention the national colour for French cars. Nowadays Bugatti is owned by the Volkswagen Group.
The Veyron 16.4 top speed is 407kph; the SS has a top speed of 434kph, however is limited to a "mere" 415kph to avoid problems with the tyres.
