  • This is a very "macabre" video. =p

  • @giftbasketer2

Lay off the 'herbs', Bubba. Smoking funny cigarettes does that to some people.

  • That cup muted Trumpet always gets me.

  • @TheTrumpetStudent

    Nice, ain't it?

  • This unforgettable music touches my heart and my soul and took me straight to my adolescent years, when we would make little parties at home, and danced to recorded wonderful music such as this one, had coke for refreshments, and corn chips, potatoe chips, french onion dip and finger sandwiches . The girls were on one side of the living room and the boys on the other side, pretending to be too busy, so as not to show how nervous they were to ask us "would you dance with me"?

  • We grew with this,, My Uncle talked about seeing him play in a POW camp in Germany, He was with the Greman Navy, What a fine man, all he wanted to do is write and play his music. Bless you Bert Kaempfert Your music will live forever

  • @likekinds Hmm...let's see now: "macabre" = gruesome, ghastly, lurid, horrible, grisly, terrible, suggesting the horror of death and decay, suggesting something that is very strange and unpleasant because it is connected with death or violence. Did I just watch the video above?? Seriously now,.......Eileen

  • Like a lot of people, I get quite sentimental listening to great Bert Kaempfert songs like this. I grew up in the late 60s and 70s listening to BK records my dad played on the stereo, and to this day never tire of listening to them.

  • We slow danced the night away in junior high at the local dances. Great memories of a simpler time.

  • This was the theme song for my Junior/Senior Prom in 1961, my junior year. I will never tire of hearing it...so beautiful

  • Thank you Mr. Thomas Edison.
